Punjab Engineering College (Deemed to be University), Chandigarh, has added yet another proud moment to its legacy as its student Nanki secured the Gold Medal in the Senior Women Inline Hockey category at the 63rd National Roller Skating Championship, held in Visakhapatnam from December 5 to 15, 2025.
Representing Chandigarh, Nanki competed against some of the finest teams from across the country in a highly competitive national arena. She demonstrated exceptional consistency, agility, and strategic gameplay throughout the championship, playing a pivotal role in her team’s success and eventual triumph.
The National Roller Skating Championship is one of the most prestigious platforms for roller sports athletes in India, bringing together top talent from various states and union territories. Nanki’s gold medal not only marks a significant milestone in her sporting career but also stands as a testament to PEC’s commitment to nurturing excellence in both academics and sports.
