On 18th April 2026, Department of Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, PEC Chandigarh in association with IIM Chandigarh Chapter hosted Prof. B.S. Murty, Director, IIT Hyderabad and President, Indian Institute of Metals. The meeting involved interaction with students, faculties and industry professionals especially Alumni from PECOSA.
