Punjab Engineering College (Deemed to be University), Chandigarh, observed “Constitution Day” with great reverence and patriotic spirit to mark the adoption of the Constitution of India and to reinforce constitutional values among citizens.

The event was led by Dean Faculty Affairs, Prof. Uma Batra, who, along with faculty members, staff, and students, collectively recited the Preamble of the Constitution of India in both English and Hindi languages in front of the Administrative Block. The ceremony highlighted the institution’s commitment to nurturing responsible, aware, and constitutionally conscious citizens.

The gathering reaffirmed the ideals of justice, liberty, equality, and fraternity, reflecting PEC’s dedication to fostering civic responsibility and national pride among its academic community.
