With an illustrious career spanning leadership roles at Shalimar Paints, the Indian Iron and Steel Sector Skill Council (IISSSC), and JSL Lifestyle Limited, Mr. Sharma brings extensive expertise across the metals, manufacturing, and industrial sectors. His work has consistently focused on advancing innovation, sustainability, and industry-wide capacity building.

In his new role, Mr. Sharma will spearhead strategic initiatives, policy advocacy, and collaborative programs aimed at strengthening India’s minerals and metals ecosystem. His commitment to promoting skill development and industry excellence continues to reflect the ethos of PEC.
