The convocation was held in the presence of the Hon’ble Governor of Punjab, who serves as Chancellor of the University, with Her Excellency, the Hon’ble President of India graciously serving as the Chief Guest.

Prior to founding Alert Enterprise, he founded and led Virsa Systems, a pioneering application security and GRC company that became a global leader and was ultimately acquired by SAP in 2006.

That milestone marked a defining chapter in enterprise software history and set the stage for what would come next: transforming the physical security industry through AI, automation, convergence, and identity-first security.
