The Rotaract Club of Punjab Engineering College organized a heartfelt outreach visit to Jyoti Sarup Kanya Asra Society as part of its social initiative. The event was conducted under the supervision of DSA Dr. Prajapati, with the guidance of President Simrat and Teacher In-Charge Vibhor Chaswal, was seamlessly coordinated by the club members and volunteers.
Around 130–140 girls, including many younger students, enthusiastically participated in the bracelet-making activity, which became the highlight of the visit. The session not only allowed the children to craft colorful bracelets but also encouraged creativity, self-expression, and imaginative thinking, helping open young minds and build focus.
The children’s warmth stood out as they lovingly addressed the volunteers as “didi.” They also sang songs and shared their stories with the volunteers, creating a lively and emotional atmosphere. Such interactions play an important role in building confidence and encouraging self-expression among the children. The initiative fostered joy, bonding, and a strong sense of community, leaving behind smiles and cherished memories for everyone involved.
