I am informing you with a heavy heart that  Gen RS Bains, EME, has left for his next journey to Heavenly Abode at 2200 hrs just now ie on 8 th September . His body has been kept in the mortuary  to enable his son  to arrive and join for his last rites. The date time and place will be intimated on receipt from the family. 
May Almighty God Waheguru bless his soul a lasting peace and the family courage to bear the loss. Cremation at sec 25 ELECTRIC CREMATORIUM ON 10TH September 
He was Guest of honour at PECOSA annual meet 2023
