Infomerics Valuation and Rating Ltd, a leading credit rating agency, has announced the appointment of Mr. Shubham Jain as the Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Infomerics Ratings, effective 9th June 2025, to spearhead the agency’s next phase of growth.

Mr. Jain was previously associated with leadership roles at ICRA Limited and CredAvenue (now Yubi). He served as the Group Chief Strategy Officer at ICRA, managing diverse sectors including real estate, infrastructure, construction, and healthcare, and as a Chief Business Officer at CredAvenue, a leading fintech platform, he played a pivotal role in launching debt platforms for infrastructure and real estate sectors.
