PECOSA (Punjab Engineering College Old Students Association) proudly continues its tradition of recognizing and rewarding academic excellence, merit, and need-based achievements among students of Punjab Engineering College (Deemed to be University). Over the academic years 2023 to 2025, several deserving students across disciplines have been conferred with prestigious scholarships and prizes.

In a notable initiative this year, the Prof. Roop Lal Jindal Scholarship for Means & Merit was awarded to multiple students from the Civil Engineering department. The recipients of this scholarship demonstrated outstanding academic performance while also meeting the financial need criteria. Each awardee received a scholarship amount  ranging from 11,000 to 51,000, reflecting PECOSA’s commitment to supporting students’ aspirations.

These scholarships are more than financial aid—they are a testament to the enduring spirit of PECOSA alumni who believe in giving back and uplifting future engineers.

*  The Kadian Award has provided steady recognition to sports students in consecutive years.
    •    2025 marked a significant contribution towards student fee support, with nearly ₹5 lakh dedicated to helping underprivileged students continue their education.
    •    Event sponsorships like DroneVerse illustrate PECOSA’s commitment to fostering innovation and co-curricular excellence.
