Dear Alumni

I hope this message finds you in good health and high spirits. On behalf of the Punjab Engineering College Old Students Association (PECOSA), it is an immense honor for me to extend to you a cordial invitation for the Annual General Meeting(AGM) of PECOSA 2025.
 

• The AGM is scheduled to take place at the PEC Auditorium on Sunday, 28th September 2025 from 11:00 am onwards.

It is also a matter of great prestige that Honorable Director PEC, Prof. Dr. Rajesh Bhatia in his capacity as Patron PECOSA, will grace the occasion as The Chief Guest and Prof. Dr. Rajesh Kanda, Head Alumni Relations will be the Guest of Honour.

A large No of Esteemed Alumni are expected to attend the event which will be followed by an elaborate arrangement of lunch for everyone gathered.

• The agenda of the AGM is outlined as follows:
  
   1. Welcome and Opening Remarks: Brief introduction and welcome address by the President of PECOSA.
   2. Address By Honorable Director PEC
   3. Approval of the Agenda: Members will review and approve the agenda for the meeting.
   4. Minutes of Previous AGM: Confirmation and acceptance of the minutes from the last AGM.
   5. Address by Treasurer PECOSA: Presentation of the Annual PECOSA Budget for the upcoming year.
   6. Matters of Importance: Open floor for members to address any other matters they deem important.
   7. Presentation of Awards and Scholarships to Meritorious Students.
   8. Vote of Thanks by General Secretary PECOSA: Expressing gratitude to all attendees, especially you, for being a part of this event.

For Alumni who are overseas/ out of Chandigarh or cannot make it to the event, the AGM will be live streamed and separate live link for the same will be shared shortly .
