During his college days, he headed the Editorial group, Speakers Association Club and was in the hockey team. He got placed in Eicher and worked on component development, vendor development and R&D. He initiated the digital transformation of the entire company. His passion for technology and innovation led him to start his own business “Deltapower” in 1991, which is today a leading solution provider for Power needs. Developing and integrating power systems including solar, manufacturing of specialized power supplies, power back products, integrated data centers. DELTA POWER has designed and developed a foot operated mouse in 1998 for the voice transcription industry and became the largest producer in the country. This product was also exported. The company added Solar PV, micro inverters and BIPV to the portfolio. His company holds the number one rank in this business in Chandigarh for the last four years consistently. This has been recognized by Chandigarh Administration and the Govt of India has honoured him with the Entrepreneurship award.
