As we move ahead with the PEC Centenary Lecture Series, next we have with us Honourable Justice Mahesh Mittal Kumar on the momentous occasion of Constitution Day, 26 November 2020.
He is one of the most astute judges that our nation could ever have. Justice M M Kumar started his career as an advocate in the District Courts of Sangrur and soon climbed up the ladder of success to become the Judge at the Punjab and Haryana High Court on July 2, 2001, after his post-graduation. Later on, with his hard work and dedication, he was elevated to the appointment of the Chief Justice at Jammu and Kashmir High Court. After his retirement in 2015, he was appointed as the first president of National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT). With his work he has always proved his magnificence in academics and professionalism.
We will be enchanted by your presence as we expand our knowledge about the constitution and the rights it bestows us with, from a man who has been a part of this practice for decades and has served justice and uprightness throughout his splendid career.
