In the next edition of the PEC Alumni Webinar Series, we have Alum Atma Godara. He completed his Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology in 2009. He is a seasoned HR professional and has worked across a number of industries ranging from Conglomerates to Public Sector to Start-ups. He has worked in Digital Transformation, Rewards, Talent Management, Organization Development, Design and Change Management in various sectors such as Robotics, Oil & Gas, Heavy Industries, Consumer Electronics, Energy Management and Hospitality.

He has been actively addressing young minds across various institutes and is a leading public speaker. He has been identified as an official SHRM influencer 2020 and is among the top 10 HR influencers by Economic Times HR. He has also been identified as under 40 budding HR leaders by Jomaby and he volunteers with NITI Aayog in the Mentor India initiative. His focus is on aligning people strategy, business strategy and organization culture, values and purpose. His mantra is “People is key to running any enterprise successfully”.

He will be presenting on the topic “Graduating in Pandemic times and life post PEC" where he will be guiding students through a pandemic and will make them aware of the reality and opportunities that lie in the future and how one should take the necessary decisions.
