In the next edition of the PEC Alumni Webinar Series, we have with us Alum Shilpa Bhatnagar. She completed her Bachelors in Computer Science and Engineering in 1998. She is the CEO and Co-Founder of Evoxyz Technologies, a start-up founded in 2014 which uses IoT and other GPS based technologies to develop innovative solutions which can increase productivity, save cost and enable social causes like child safety. She has over 18 years of experience in software products and services.

Joining the Centre for Development of Telematics as a Research Engineer right after Graduating, she has spent a good portion of her career later on in Managerial positions. She was the Director for 6 years at Hughes Systique Corporation, a software solutions and services company that has been instrumental in steering the digital transformation journey of its clients making huge innovative leaps in areas such as IoT, Blockchain, Automation etc. In 2014, she acquired a patent for Method and system for efficient inter-process communication in a high availability system

She will be presenting on the topic “Entrepreneurship and the myths behind it”. Alum Shilpa who founded a startup has immense knowledge on the topic and will share her experiences and valuable lessons learnt. This session will be a treasure trove of knowledge for everyone interested in Entrepreneurship
