Mr Gobind Ram Mehta, August 8,1947- December 5,2021 Bhilai, PEC/1970/Metallurgy

It is deeply grieved and shocking that a very gentle, soft-spoken person has been taken to heaven. Mr. Gobind Ram Mehta earned his metallurgy degree from PEC in 1970. He left for his heavenly abode today after being hospitalized for 3 days due to a sudden cardiac arrest. He retired from Bhilai steel plant, Bhillai, as DGM.
On 8th August 1947 he was born, and on 5th December 2021 we sadly bid him farewell for his further journey in heaven.
He owned a paint manufacturing business and a hospitality business in Bhillai. Following his will, the family immediately donated his body to a medical college to serve human needs. His soul will be sadly missed by his spouse, Mrs. Shakuntala Mehta: Son Aman; daughter in law;grand children. In memory of the noble soul, the family and I extend our deepest condolences. We pray that God grants the family and us strength to endure this irreparable loss. OM shanti!
