It is my painful duty to share the loss of our PEC Faculty member and Alumnus, Prof. Dinanath Dhiman, who passed away on 12th June after valiantly fighting COVID for over a month.

Prof. Dhiman has been teaching as the Associate Superintendent in Production Department and retired lately in April, this year. He was a PEC alumnus of Mechanical Engineering (Batch 1985).

He certainly holds a special place in the hearts of not only his fellow faculty members but also his students as he was always
revered as the favourite teacher by many of his students.

Unfortunately, such a passionate soul is no more among us.

We express our deepest condolences to his friends and family on his demise. He will be truly missed by all.

May his soul rest in peace.
