Delhi Chapter Elections and Reunion.
Dear Fellow PECOSIANS in the NCR,
We all got to meet and elect a new Executive Committee to run PECOSA NCR Chapter. Keeping that in mind please block your calendars for Sunday, the 14th of September 2025 for electing a new PECOSA NCR EC at 11:00 am, followed by a contributory Lunch Get-together starting 12:30 pm @ Rs.1,500 for single or Rs. 2,500 for couple attendance, confirmation for joining at Lunch be done before midnight (IST) of the 11th of September by making online payment: Click here to pay. Choose “Batch Reunion” while paying.
A copy of the receipt may kindly be carried along with a Government issued ID viz. Aadhaar Card/ Driving Licence/ Voter ID Card/ Passport /PAN Card (for NCR based alumni only) to gain admission to the venue. Kindly note that being a Services Mess, there is a strict dress code applicable, which requires that collarless Tee-shirts, jeans/shorts, slippers/ sports shoes are not permitted. Hence, you are requested to wear smart casuals. There is no dress restriction for ladies.

Dear fellow Alumni,
Greetings from Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh
I, Er. Mridula Grover … (PEC 1984 Production Engg. Graduate), refer to the PECOSA Executive Committee decision to conduct elections for the PECOSA NCR Chapter for the 2025 – 2027 term. Following this decision, PECOSA has appointed me as the Returning Officer for organizing elections for PECOSA NCR Chapter for the term 2025-27, scheduled to be held on Sunday, 14th September 2025.
2. The election will be conducted for the following posts:
- President: 1 (One)
- Vice President: 1 (One)
- General Secretary: 1 (One)
- Treasurer: 1 (One)
- Joint Secretary: 1 (One)
- Executive Members: 5 (Five)
3. The timelines and other significant details for the elections of the Executive Committee of PECOSA NCR Chapter for the term 2025-27 are as follows:
3.1 All Alumni of PEC, or its previous iterations, residing in NCR/ or been posted there for last more than three months, are eligible to cast their vote. In case of any doubt, please email to Secretary, PECOSA, <secretary@pecosa.in> with supporting documents for residence or posting in NCR, for eligibility.
3,2 All Alumni of PEC, or its previous iterations, residing in NCR/ or been posted there for last more than three months, may kindly register themselves on PECOSA website, if not already registered there. This is necessary for Nominations, as well as for voting during election.
3.2 PEC Alumni, residing/ posted in NCR (as per para 3.1 above), and who are desirous of dedicating their time and efforts to the cause of PECOSA NCR Chapter for the next 2 year period starting mid-September ’25, may kindly email their Nomination, for the desired post (please see para 2 above), to secretary@pecosa.inalong with their brief Profile/ Bio Data/ CV, The nominations should reach Secretary, PECOSA, before noon on the 7th of September ’25.

Nomination Process and voting:
Nomination Form for election to Executive Committee is required to be proposed by an alumnus of Punjab Engineering College and seconded by another alumnus. The consent of the nominated candidate should also be appended with the nomination. Each member can only nominate any one and second any one candidate under all posts.
The completed scan copy of physical nomination Form must be sent by email to <secretary@pecosa.in>. You shall receive a confirmation email once physical form is received at the above address. It shall be the responsibility of candidate to confirm from RO through this email in case they don’t get the confirmation email.
The elections would be held in a free, fair and transparent manner as per the Memorandum and Articles of Association of PECOSA. As per Cl. 17 & 18 of the Rules & Regulations of PECOSA, in case of any dispute with regards to identity of members, the decision of the Returning Officer would be final and acceptable to all.
