Sad to learn about the sad demise of dear Anthak. I remember vividly he was a fitness freak. His room was in an adjoining block to my block in the Himalay hostel next to Dr. Bhimbra's room . He used to do a lot of yogic exercises and asked us to do the same.
May God bless his soul and give him peace in his abode. He may also give strength to his family and near and dear to bear this irreparable loss.
